Once Asset type is selected, an additional set of fields appears to help validate the vehicle’s identity via lookup tools like Blueflag or Glass's Guide.
Select Condition
Choose whether the vehicle is New or Used.
Select Year
Choose the year of manufacture.
Select Make
Pick the vehicle brand (e.g. Honda, Kia, Ford).
Select Model
Options appear based on your chosen Make and Year.
Select Variant (if applicable)
Further refines the model to match engine size, trim, etc.
Full Model Name
Will be auto-populated based on previous fields or selectable from a dropdown.

Enter the manufacturer (e.g. Toyota, Ford).
Model
Enter the model name (e.g. Corolla, Ranger).
Condition
Use the dropdown to select:

Select or type the year the asset was built (e.g. 2020).
